What a company asks before it hands a department's work to anything: what it reads, what it answers, and what it can never reach.
The questions no report answers. Why this customer has sixty days, and who agreed it. What the supplier actually promised in March, in the words they used. Where a thread was left, and what changed since. It answers from that department's own files and mail, and shows where the answer came from, so a person can open the source and check it.
What that department already works in: its files, its mail, and the systems it runs on. You choose what it is given, one source at a time, and you can take a source away again. It does not go looking for anything you did not hand it.
That half is the point. The numbers live in the systems and every tool can read them; the call where the price was agreed, the mail that changed the plan and the meeting nobody wrote up live in words, and MeYou keeps those as words, with their dates. An answer that knows both halves is what the person who was in the room would have told you.
No. Every department has its own memory and its own database, with its own credentials. Nothing leaks across because there is nothing shared to leak: the wall is a separate store, not a condition in a query that a model has to get right every single time.
Access is set per department and per person, and reaching sensitive material leaves a record. The company decides who is in a department's memory, and can take someone out of it the same day they leave.
No. Your files and conversations are not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train a model, ours included. Exporting and deleting are plain operations on your own stores, and servers are in the European Union.
With one department: the one where the same question gets asked every week and the answer is in somebody's head. It reads that department's material, people ask it in their own language, and you can see within a fortnight whether the answers are worth the next department.
